The Project
This Porsche 911 arrived at JB Bodyworks for the installation of a fibreglass bodykit and a complete respray, retaining its original factory colour, Diamond Silver.
Once work began, it quickly became apparent that the vehicle had undergone extensive previous repairs. To ensure the best possible result, we stripped the bodywork right back to bare metal.
With everything exposed, the necessary metal repairs were completed and the fibreglass bodykit was carefully fitted and gapped to align with the original panels.
A coat of epoxy spray filler provided the foundation for the paint preparation before the vehicle received its fresh Diamond Silver finish.
Following painting, we carried out a three-stage machine polish to achieve a deep, high-quality shine.
The Porsche has now returned to its owner for electrical and interior work before the final finishing touches and reassembly.
